Everday story of country life

Yesterday was spent trying to catch chickens in order to clip their wings, they did not care for it and escaped except for two who we caught, one scarpered under the shed only to return later,we have given up on it,as sheila thinks they have fallen out with her over it.
Today was spent out and about scrounging for sawdust for the hen hut, I found a supplier at manby in a woodyard,he was happy to be rid of it,so left a bag for him to fill.
Bowling with Le Blade this afternoon at the village hall, much banter with the others and le Blade is displaying much affinity with the elderly bowlers,I think he may be reading the blog now at his daughters so truthfull recording of events will be the norm.
After bowling we had a chat along with Doreen Le Blade at their village residence, which is a splendiferous place of some magnitude and opulence.
I posted some chocolates to Montana Mike from Withern village as there is no post office no at Maltby Le Marsh, before losing my way on the minor little roads near Carlton, which is the local village where Patrick Mower the actor lives,i was forced to drive very slowly for a while to avoid running down a baby rabbit,I hope my reader finds this everyday story of country life exciting.
