How often when a child reclined,
I took delight in this locality,
Here stood the infant IIion of mind,
And here the grecian ships did seem to be.
And here I come again only to find,
The drain cut levels of the marshy lea,
Grey sand banks and pale sunsets--dreary wind,
Dim shores, dense rains, and heavy clouded sea.
This is a poem written by Tennyson who was a regular visitor to Mablethorpe, draw your own conclusions.
Now we are off to see our old pal Alan Sexbomb in Boston(Lincolnshire)
