Here we go again,yesterday was not good,migraine ruined the day,can't seem to narrow down what it is,but ate some cooking chocolate tuesday night,so ???anyway survived the day and watched tv with Sheila,stayed up till midnight watching match of the day.
Today got out of bed late and straight into work on some posters for a customer in London,done them in record time and now for fun and games trying to post them at the village post office.
Reading Montana Mike's blog makes me glad I'm alive,he has got so much going on with Pseudo Medics,on top of which he is all alone and having to cook and stuff.lifes tough in the good old US of A.he will be much better when Sam the Pom and his "sheila " Sandra arrive to entertain him,and they all crack a few tinnies.
Havent heard from Naomi yet waiting for critical comments,but she is busy checking her academic results I suppose.

By the way, dark chocolate was one of the things that gave me migraines as was dehydration.
Phenocane might help a lot for the migraines. I have ordered a few bottles so I will send you a bottle to try. Should help your shoulder as well.
