Racism ?

We have made a collective decision not to visit busch gardens as they operate a discriminatory policy,citizens of the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico can take advantage of a cut price food deal costing $10,any other nationality must pay $30 for the same deal,we felt that this was unfair on principle and decided not to visit which means they lose out on around $400 in total, their loss,our gain.

Napoli 3 Chelski 1

So last night we found another game on TV, Napoli v Chelsea,usual Italian style play acting(from Chelsea) the Chelsea defence was non existant, and a not all that good Napoli slaughtered them,just killing time until we set off for Orlando to pick up the "children" who left early according to the flight plan but it seems will arrive late?... by half an hour, weather forecast is 80 f,so that should wake em up a bit after Manchester.

Aston Vanilla 0 Man.City 1

We watched the match between Aston Vanilla and Man City last night on tv,I thought city were the best team and should have had 2 or 3 goals,best thing we have seen so far on tv here.
Today we went to a little village on the bay called gulfport and had a nice lunch with our hosts here M and P,its a little bit of old Florida that has a market on tuesdays which has stalls selling food for
trick cyclist types,such as alternative faddy diet grub and nutty stuff of that ilk.

This steak and chips,beer and sunshine diet is driving me crazy.

Fat cop Thin cop

Met up with a couple of retired Chicago/Irish cops in Woody's last night,had a discussion with Mike(fat cop)about the merits of pubs we had in common in Dublin,McDades on grafton street being just one of many,I can't remember the name of thin cop at the moment but he was also quiet cop.
This is about as near to an outback pub as we can manage down here,they buy big jugs of beer as it saves time re ordering,they call them pitchers,and after pouring the first glass put a plastic sealed bag of ice in the pitcher to keep the rest cool,clever idea hey?
Fish and chips was the grub on offer with regular or spicy fries,note how I slip into the local lingo regular(ordinary)and fries(chips) it's easy to learn a new language if you apply yourself.
Entertainment was a bloke doing blues and occasionaly picking up a trumpet and walking round the salubrious environs serenading the ladies and gentlemen therein.

Back down south in FLA

Made it again to the good ole down home USA and already paid a visit to Woody's waterfront bar for beer and spicy fries with the locals,just off to Winn Dixie to buy a few essentials that we missed yesterday.
We have had a chat to Gina on skype and commiserated on how cold it is in England whilst sat here in shorts and T shirt with the roof fan whirling round as Sheila was "sweltered",more from FLA later. G'Day.
